You can request deletion of your individual user account and eligible personal information in Schmieding Farm Compliance, operated by H.C. Schmieding Produce Company, LLC. These instructions also apply to the Schmieding mobile app (com.schmieding.fieldapp).
Request deletion of your individual account
- Sign in to the account you want to delete. On the website, select Delete account from the portal profile menu. In the Schmieding app, open Profile and choose Delete account.
- Review the signed-in individual account and the explanation of removed and retained data.
- Submit the request inside your signed-in portal or app. This is a request for administrator review, not a self-service erase action. No separate email, call, or emailed deletion link is required for the signed-in flow.
- Keep the request reference. An SFC master administrator reviews and processes the request. You may withdraw it before approval.
Each activated individual user, including a primary user, may request deletion of their own account. Submitting a request does not immediately revoke access. After administrator approval, website access and access from every mobile device enrolled under that individual login end. Deletion cannot be undone through normal account reactivation. It does not close other registered accounts or automatically erase your organization's shared compliance history.
Request only · Administrator reviewed
This public page does not delete accounts
This page explains the process. It does not accept passwords, verification codes, or execute deletion. Use your signed-in portal or app to submit your own request, or email support to request deletion if you cannot access your account.
Sign in through your Farm, Storage Warehouse, or Customer portal, then open the profile menu and select Delete account. Confirm the request for your signed-in individual user. An SFC master administrator reviews it before deletion. No separate email or call is required; your organization, other users, and shared compliance reports are not deleted by this request.
To request deletion outside the app or if you cannot sign in, email support@schmiedingfarmcompliance.com. Include your registered account email and organization. Never send a password or verification code. Read the Privacy Policy.
Company administration and account access
Schmieding may suspend, disable, deprovision, or refuse Service access for a farm, storage warehouse, or customer account when permitted by the Terms, an applicable agreement, law, security requirements, or a documented operational need. An administrator may remove an unactivated or provisioned account under the controlled administrator workflow.
For an activated account, an administrator does not use an immediate purge as a shortcut. The master administrator reviews the signed-in user's request using protected administrator authentication and security-key verification. The process preserves only records covered by an approved retention basis. A lawful request from an authorized regulator, court, or other authority is handled through the documented legal and records process.
Need help or cannot sign in?
Email support@schmiedingfarmcompliance.com to request account deletion outside the app, including if you need assistance, your account is not yet activated, or you cannot sign in. Include the organization name and registered account email, but no reports or sensitive attachments. We may verify identity and authority; never email passwords or verification codes. This contact also handles personal-information requests that do not require closing the account.
What we delete
- Sign-in credentials, enrolled mobile phone bindings, and portal access for the deleted individual user.
- Profile fields, avatars, and device bindings we store for the app.
- Support tickets opened by that user, except records we must retain.
- Eligible account-owned drafts, photos, and other personal data, including associated processor records that do not have an applicable retention basis.
Sealed submitted reports, BOL packets, food-safety and transaction records, consent evidence, security records, and copies already delivered to Schmieding's restricted internal order-report mailbox may be retained for applicable recordkeeping requirements, legal claims, fraud prevention, or a documented legal hold. Retention is limited to the records and period justified by that purpose; it does not keep the account active. Records are deleted or de-identified when that period ends. Completion notices identify relevant retained categories and any outstanding processing. See the Privacy Policy.
Backup copies and processor records may expire under their documented retention cycles. If a backup is restored, recorded deletion instructions must be reapplied before affected account data is returned to normal use. Routine account notifications stop after deletion is accepted.
Timing
This page does not run account deletion. Your organization, its other users, and shared compliance history are not deleted by your individual request. Provider and backup cleanup must be verified before a request is marked complete; retained categories and outstanding processing must be disclosed. The Privacy Policy explains the approved retention schedule.
Authenticated account access is blocked after master-admin approval, not on request submission. Data cleanup runs separately; we aim to complete eligible deletion within 30 days of the original request and send an email when it is complete. If verification, a legal obligation or a processor issue affects timing, we explain the outstanding steps. Disabling access alone is not reported as completed data deletion.
The app clears account-owned local data when it detects confirmed deletion. A device that is offline cannot receive that instruction immediately. Copies previously downloaded, exported or shared outside the app cannot be remotely recalled.
